am back from my friend's art show. whee, drunk times on a sundya ngiht. er. i'm leaving that.

yesterday as i was driving down to san diego, i looked over and saw that i was approaching el toro road. i kind of giggled to myself and i may or may not have yelled TORO! and then? the street right after? was alicia parkway. for serious. hee.

i grabbed a photo on my way back today. because i am a total dork like that.

and for 90 percent of my flist who have no idea what i'm on about and are saying buh?

this is ray toro. guitarist extraordinaire for my chemical romance. well, one of two.

and this is alicia simmons. mikey way's wife.

oh right. and mikey way would be the bassist for mcr.

in conclusion: i am a big big dork. who's surprised?

my weekend was filled with far too much baby talk. they're cute, sure. adorable even. but... ten hours of it. i can haz porn nao?

there's a small chain of mexican restaurants around here called el toro. it looks a little sketch, though, so i haven't eaten there.

i still don't think i can wrap my brain around those two, but there's so much pretty there, i don't really care. also her fingers with the shortshort fingernails are... well i'm having thoughts is all.

yeah, better to skip the food poisoning and just have smiles to yourself.

right? my vacation photos are totally peppered with these random fandom nods. i just can't seem to help myself. like with this one:

i always feel kind of weird/uncomfortable taking pictures of gravestones, but i was compelled. mostly because i don't think i've ever heard the name narcissa outside of hp, and it really intrigued me, esp given how long ago she lived. hrm. but this isn't really an example of getting the fandom happies... let me see if i can find another.

ahahaha monaghans! oh my goodness. :) i used to see hp-related graves all the time when we lived next to a cemetery and i would walk there. i remember there was a lucius and there was also a little, tiny stone marked just "harry" that absolutely broke my heart every time i saw it.

does this make us weird? at least we're not alone. <3
