yes! i think it must have been given to him by a fan. there are several pictures of him without the bracelet and then suddenly it shows up. i don't remember seeing it when he signed my books, but then i don't think i was processing everything very well at the time. his face is... a bit distracting. yis.
OMG! You were there? I'm massivly behind on my flist. I don't think I could handle seeing him in RL. I don't know that I'd be able to say anything but "Gerard, your face is just STUPID! How so pretty?!" and then flail a lot.
