!!!

i forgot to mention the second best thing that happened at the movies last night. i saw a trailer for Before Sunset! this is the sequel to one of my favorite movies, Before Sunrise, starring ethan hawke and julie delpy. they re-connect nine years later in paris and spend the day together. *sigh* i love julie delpy and while ethan can be hit or miss, i think he was perfect in this role. they had such great on-screen chemistry. their relationship felt very real and their dialogue flowed naturally. and while the wonderful words are a credit to the talented richard linklater, the authentic delivery of them is all ethan and julie.

oh, i cannot wait! \o/

i also felt all squishy inside watching the trailer considering that my crush to end all crushes recently resurfaced after eight years and i have yet to do anything about it. not to compare my real fictional relationship to their fictional real relationship, but... yeah. weird.

\o/ written and directed by Zach Braff?! i had no idea he had that in him. impressed. looks very intriguing. how refreshing to see him in a serious role (he's great on scrubs, but it's always nice to see some range in people where you wouldn't necessarily expect it!).
