quick sum up of the weekend:

friday - crush meme was very entertaining, made working at my not-job much more interesting. i, of course, added my two cents to the thread as well.

saturday - recovered from friday night drinking. found out that wonderfalls was farking canceled. ( wonderfalls rant. )

sunday - knit a new scarf - rainbowey fun! watched arrested development. at least i still have this show... for now. if they cancel it, i will seriously lose all hope in television, what little is left anyhow. checked out the hate thread. it would be funny if it weren't so sad and juvenile, but then again, that's what makes it kind of funny. it's utterly ridiculous that people are this petty and rude and will take time out of their day to insult someone, anonymously. there were only a few names i recognized, but pbfft. whatever. lame. looked like mostly HP and QAF people. who knew that QAF had such a huge fandom? i mean, i like the show, a lot. very much looking forward to it coming back in a few weeks, but i had know idea there was serious fandom stuff out there. ( side question... )

and finally today i saw this from WWdN. AAAAAAHHHH! finally someone who agrees with me! i never thought i'd find validation through little gordie lachance, but hey, i'll take it. ( my nirvana rant. )

phew, longest post ever i think. must update more often and not wait to barf up everything from the last 4 days.

wonderfalls may have a chance in canada!

apparently, wonderfalls was a ratings hit in canada and they may decide to run the remaining episodes. in canada only. so it still completely blows for those of us in the states. but if interest remains strong up north, then maybe that will help convince the bastards to go ahead with a dvd release. here's hoping!
