so yes, back from vacation. it was lovely and fantastic and relaxing despite the crazy hecticness of it all. saw the family, a few friends, drove a car (and more importantly sang very loudly in said car), saw some movies, played with a muskrit, and survived two flights! \o/ and i didn't think about work at ALL. bliss, i tell you, bliss! :D

there is much flist to catch up on tonight and about 6 chapters of king of new orleans to read (i just saw that it came to a close today *sniff*).

and i seem to have missed the one week of spring here in ny. when i left we were still stuck in dreary wet winter and now it appears that summer has arrived. 85 degrees, 300 percent humidity, evening thunderstorms. um, woot?

hrm, must get back to this thing called work now. i had hoped that it might wander off and disappear in my absence, but alas no. it seems to have not only waited patiently for my return but also multiplied exponentially. huh. funny that. lalalaclickyclicky!
