(no subject)

i'm back, vacation was wonderful, skiing went well, still in one piece! surprisingly, after ten years it all came back and i whoosh whooshed down the mountain with the greatest a bit of ease. and i didn't fall once! sure, i had a few flailing moments of holy shit omgomg, but aside from looking like a total dork, i emerged unscathed. \o/

and now i'm at work, chugging coffee, trying to get back into this humdrum cycle of life again. i mean, really, is there no way one can get paid to be on vacation? there really ought to be. hrmph.

a few other notables:

a) i missed maitheas' birthday, wah! hope you had a lovely one, ronnies. it's really been wonderful getting to know you over the last several months. you are a beautiful, beautiful woman and i can't wait to squish you in person next month (i don't think we ever got our squish on at elf - and that must be rectified). ♥ ♥

b) prt_69 arrives today! sadly, i'm stuck at work and it's dreary and rainy out, but whatever because hooray!!

c) wait, what was my c... oh yes. i suck. christmas cards never made it out of the box. but i still have hope that i can muster 'hope your holiday was lovely!' cards by next weekend.

i hope to catch up on the flist eventually, but it will likely take me some time. hope everyone had a thuper holiday! it's good to be back. <333
