right, so we've all sat there staring blankly at the blinking cursor in the LJ update box. maybe there's nothing to say, or maybe there's too much. maybe we just need a nudge.

so, flist, i ask you, what should i post about? anything about my so called life you would like more details on? something you're curious about? (my apparent inability to properly phrase a question and not end it with a preposition? o_O) pictures, music, opinions?

anything's fair game. yadda yadda, bring it.

I'd love it if you did the week in the life!!! Or maybe just a day in the life, if a week is too long.

Also your opinion on The Office this last season, since Jim and Pam got together. (I apologize if you've posted about this already and I missed it.)

and nope, i haven't posted about the office... at all i don't think.

things i like about jim/pam:

+ they're together!
+ they still like pranks!
+ the ring in jim's pocket!


things i'm not so crazy about:

- they're maybe a little boring and their storylines have taken a backseat. which came first? chicken or the egg, i think.
- the inevitable mucking up of their relationship with pam heading out of town and the aborted proposal. i like happy endings, that things work out, and i hate that the tv/movie/novel convention is that they can't stay happy bc then it's not interesting! which... okay is often true, but... it's still disappointing on a few levels. can't *somebody* figure out a way to keep them happy AND engaging? why is that so harrrrrd? but i'm getting ahead of myself here, as nothing's really happened yet, and maybe the writers will surprise me - they often do, after all.

as for other aspects of the office...

some of the michael/jan stuff has been hard to watch. funny, but... so cringe-worthy i didn't actually laugh much. but i really liked the addition of the new HR person from the finale, i'm intrigued!

What are your creative outlets? I mean, I don't consider myself much of an artist of anything anymore, but I would still say that singing is an outlet of creativity for me, even if I'm the only one hearing myself sing. :) What works like that for you?

this was such a good idea, bc not only are you guys awesome with prompts, but it's also a great opportunity to stop and really think about these things. i mean, what the hell do i believe in? it's so easy to get caught up in the hum drum of daily life or in the nonsense that is the pete wentz experience. :p will ponder and be back!
