today wasn't all that more productive than yesterday, but i did spend the majority of it away from the computer, so there's that. i drove to the beach to pick up my parents, i waxed my legs (woo), and i helped cook dinner. i also watched a lot of angel in between - at long last digging into my box set. season two is finally getting good again, what a snoozefest it was for a while.

oh, i also picked up tai's new album this afternoon, but i seem to have forgotten to listen to it. whoops unexpected apathy. but to be fair, i got sidetracked listening to leathermouth songs and laughing my ass off. any curious parties should take a quick listen at their myspace. heeeeee, oh frank. tuesday should be interesting.

i bought a new knitting book last weekend, hoping to re-spark my interest. it's waned a bit since moving back to cali - no doubt the warm weather having something to do with it. i think maybe i'll put on some more angel and brush up on my knitting and purling.
