this week has been the longest and most exhausting work week i've seen in quite some time. i'm so tired i want to cry, but i still have eight more hours ahead of me. if things could go smoothly for these hours, that would be SWELL.

i need to trim my bangs. i need new clothes. i need to sleep.

they are the WORST (caterpillars, not small children). when they first showed up i was all ooooh aaaaah what magical little creatures! and then they multiplied by THOUSANDS and ate ALL THE LEAVES. O_O

i tried many kinder, gentler ways of getting rid of them, but nothing worked. now i use this spray that contains a bacteria that is only harmful to caterpillars. they eat the sprayed leaves and it basically ruptures their insides. GOOD TIMES. I MEAN SORRY SORRY SORRY CATERPILLAR FAMILIES BUT NO. CANNOT HAVE. :(((((

thankfully there is only one shrub that they love. we've been waging war over it for almost a full year. if i can't firmly plant my flag in that bush by summer's end, it's getting ripped out, bc this shit is b-a-n-a-n-a-s.

I should make you listen to all my stories about stinkbugs in retaliation. We have a LOT of those. And they are EVERYWHERE including living in my house all winter like little uninvited houseguests. SIGH I HATE BUGS GOOD LUCK WITH THE CATERPILLAR MASSACRE.
