it is a good name. and the more i say it, the more i am enjoying it in all seriousness (though i worry about the beatings he would surely endure, especially in those early years).
oh, cat's a good nickname. heph works too. but i'm growing more fond of phai. (if it is indeed pronounced like fi as in fine, and not fey as in... fey.) d'oh. my poor children. *shakes head*
it has been brought to my attention that i also wanted to name my daughter galadriel. hmmm... galadriel and hephaistion. me thinks they would lock me up. and gladdy and heph? they would surely get beat up on a regular basis. perhaps i need to re-think this. ;)
